Features

Support media and documents for Tasks

For complex tasks, created within a work, you can add multiple supporting media (photo, video, audio), make them available on task page (picture frame or full background).
This is extremely handy when curated how-to videos are associated to the task for new users or for less frequent tasks.
You can also associate multiple supporting PDF documents (a user manual etc.) to a task so that users could receive further information navigating through a ready-to-use equipment manual.

Fill-out forms by voice commands, 100% hands free*

Taskimo WORKS contains a complete digital user input capture infrastructure embedded within the core workflow system. You can create a digital form-filling procedure entirely focusing on user inputs (like an audit checklist) or you can have the user enter some information for selected critical tasks while following a Standard Operating Procedure.

Run modes:
Workflow-Training-User manual

A very powerful and unique feature of WORKS is Run modes. A work could be scheduled to be run in "Workflow", "Training" or "User Manual" modes.
Using modes one can train a newbie running repetitive work cycles in Training Mode to prepare for the real work or can create extremely easy-to-use digital user manuals with media/document support.
All trainee activities are logged on server whereas, in user manual mode, no user input and/or activities are logged.

Parallel video capture*

Sometimes, contextual data logging is not enough. Video is gaining popularity for customer feedback and evidential purposes against service delivered.
WORKS has a built-in feature to record video while a work is being exercised. After a work is completed, video captured from user’s field-of-view is pushed automatically to the server and made available as a proof of service given or work exercised.

Schedule and assign repetitive works

WORKS has an advanced scheduler to allocate a work to a single or a group of users in a timely manner. WORKS also has built-in communications tools so that the system could trigger SMS/email messages to inform a user for upcoming work assignment, deadline alert for pending works, and on-time/delayed finish log reports for managerial purposes.

Use WORKS on Android mobile devices and wearables

WORKS can be run on Android phones and tablets as well as wearables. WORKS was developed to function entirely via voice commands, so you can use all features of WORKS on Realwear HMT-x wearable tablets.
